Assess each learner's present level of performance (PLOP)
Make an individual education plan (IEP) based on his PLOP
Educate each learner according to the IEP
Provide progress report to their families on a quarterly basis

Ivy Marie L. Bantug RN, LPT, MAED-SPED
Teacher Ivy earned her degree in Master of Arts in Education - Major in Special Education at Cebu Normal University and is currently the Program Director/SPED Teacher at LearnLife SPED Center. Her passion and love for the special needs community led her to study Special Education to help her son who has ASD, and other individuals with special needs. She is also a registered nurse and had worked with medical practitioners in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years.
